IPO raises HK$126.1 Million; Shares close at HK$1.42
(8 November 2019, Hong Kong) Acme International Holdings Limited (“Acme Intl Hldgs” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, Stock Code: 1870.HK), the only one-stop design and build solution service provider for both façade works and BMU system works in Hong Kong, was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”) today.
Shares of Acme Intl Hldgs were actively traded with an intra-day high of HK$1.63 per share and closed at HK$1.42 per share. The net proceeds raised from the Global Offering was approximately HK$85.7 million. Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited was the Sole Sponsor, Sole Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager of the Public Offering.
